Here at Love Lumi Trade, we often get asked the same questions about how our service works. We know you expect a high-quality service often in a short time frame, so we will do our best to answer your most frequently asked questions to free up your time. Here are our top 5 most frequently asked questions and answers. 

What is your minimum order quantity?

We offer a small minimum order of 10 units on most of our items. We can offer these low volumes as we come from a retail background creating personalised gifts. We have set up our business to offer a personalised service with quick delivery, often for an event or time sensitive occasion. We therefore have the capacity to offer the same personalised service to our trade customers. There are however savings to be had for ordering in higher volumes. As the order quantities go up, so too does our efficiency and we pass these savings onto you.

Do I get to see a proof or sample?

Yes. Once we have sent a quote and it has been approved it is time to move onto a digital proof. This is a professional mock-up of your design on your chosen product. If you would prefer a physical sample at this point, this can be arranged too at a small cost.

Can I make amendments to the design at this point? and will I be charged?

We know it takes time to turn your vision into a dream product and it doesn’t always happen on the first try. We don’t charge for minor revisions at this point such as resizing, font changes and colour tweaks, as long as they are reasonable in amount and are not a complete change of artwork. If new artwork is needed, then we need to requote based on the new design.

Do you offer a design service?

Yes. We can take your branding and turn it into a bespoke logo or design for a particular product you are promoting. This allows us to offer a “one stop shop” for your business branding and promotional needs and can speed up the process. All our design services are quoted individually based on the brief and you will have ownership of the design for future projects.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes. We offer muti-carrier solutions including Royal Mail, couriers and pallet services for large orders. Shipping charges are based on order quantities, volume, weight and the delivery address, and will be quoted along with the product quote.
