What data do we collect?

When you place your order we us, we collect your details as given to us for your name, billing address, delivery address, phone number and e-mail address. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your e-mail address. 

How do we use personal information

Your personal information is used to process your order, order materials, maintain accounts and records and shared with members of staff to enable them to complete your order.

Your name, address and phone number may be shared with delivery companies to enable them to deliver your order. The companies we use are Royal Mail and Parcelforce, please check their privacy policies for how they handle data.

By placing your order with us, or subscribing to our newsletter, you give us consent to process and store your data in order to complete your request.

Payment data is used for either Paypal or Stripe for card payments, we do not see any of your personal payment data. Please visit Paypal or Stripe to view their privacy policy. We do not process any card payments manually. 

How long we keep your personal data

Your data is stored to enable us to fulfill any current orders, and for in the future if you wish to make additional orders. We do not share your information with any other 3rd party aside from those given above.

If you have signed up for our newsletter, we will not share your e-mail address with any third party. Our newsletter is sent out via our website (hosted by Shopify) and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail footer or sending an e-mail to us at hello@lovelumi.co.uk
