World Penguin Day

World Penguin Day

Let's talk Penguins!
With World Penguin Day landing on the 25th April this year, we couldn’t resist jumping in to support these wonderful creatures.
With Lumi being Finnish for ‘snow’ it seemed fitting for us to support these snow (and water) based birds – and who doesn’t love a Penguin!
So what exactly did we do?
This adoption programme is a perfect gift for someone who loves Penguins – you can choose from a range of payments and options so it can suit all budgets. Every little helps to support these birds and the conservation work that goes into protecting them in the midst of climate change.

What do you get?
As a thank you, either you or your gift recipient if you are giving as a gift will receive a special welcome pack and optional teddy Penguin (be sure to tick the box for this - he is super cute and has earned the name Lumi in the office!) so it make a great gift for adults and children alike.
You will also receive some facts (both fun and factual) so you will learn lots of interesting things about these stunning birds. Did you know that the ancient 'mega penguins' stood at 2 meters tall around 37 million years ago?!
