Refund policy

We do not accept returns on any handmade stationery unless in the unfortunate event they are faulty / damaged, in which case a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the faulty items.
If an item is cancelled from the order, a refund will be provided in full if no work has begun on the item. If an item has been proofed but not made, a £10 fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount to cover proofing costs. If work has begun on the item, a refund cannot be given.

Due the the personalised nature of all our items, returns are not accepted unless faulty / damaged. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or faulty in any way, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
