This sweet slate marker is a touching way to remember a loved one on each of their Heavenly Birthdays.

The slate is printed with your chosen photograph and name alongside a sweet memorial poem written especially for a Heavenly Birthday to create a treasured memorial keepsake to bring out each year.

The poem reads:

"Heavenly Birthday

know you're deeply missed and forever in my heart."

The photo and design are UV printed onto the surface of the slate for a vibrant and durable finish suitable for using outdoors. (we are unable to print on the back of the slate)
