This sweet acrylic heart shaped marker is a touching way to remember a beloved pet no longer with you.

The white acrylic heart is printed with your pet's name and photo along with the poem 'forever leaving paw prints in out hearts' or any message you like.

Please ensure the photo is not too close up to allow room for us to crop into the heart frame.

The design is UV printed onto the surface of the acrylic for a vibrant and durable finish which is suitable for using indoors and outdoors.

The acrylic tag is thread onto a metal wire to push into the ground which is spiralled at the top to keep it safe from falling off. Perfect to use outdoors in your garden or at a memorial site.
