This pre-made cocktail mix includes all the flavourings you'll need to create a delicious pina colada - just add the rum (or your chosen alcohol free mixer to create a delicious mocktail). Add the contents of the mix to 1 litre of rum, give it a shake or a stir and leave to infuse for at least 24 hours. After infusion, strain a double shot into a glass, over ice and enjoy with pineapple juice. Once infused, this mix can keep for up to 6 months in a sealed container.
