This sweet slate plaque is a touching way to remember a loved one who is no longer with you.

The slate can printed with the photo, name and poem / message of your choice to create a treasured memorial keepsake.

The photo and design are UV printed onto the surface of the slate for a vibrant and durable finish which is suitable for using both indoors and outdoors at a memorial site. If you prefer to have no photo, we can just print a name and poem.

The plaque is a natural edged black slate which is compact in size to create a subtle memorial ornament which rests on an ornate acrylic stand.
